Any special orders must be paid for in full at the time of ordering. Shipping costs and time frames vary depending on vendor and availability of product(s).


Kayak/Canoe Rental Credit

You wouldnt buy a car without test-driving first would you? Well here at Sierra Adventure Outfitters we like to see you get properly fitted for the boat to suit your needs. Theres a tool for every job and a boat for every body. Thus, within 15 days of a rental, one daily rental fee will be credited back toward the purchase of your new toy. This also applies with our monthly "Demo Days".


Returns/Exchanges

Merchandise can be returned for defective qualities (a warranty may be valid in some cases) and be exchanged for a replacement of the same item or credited toward the purchase of a different item. Receipt must be present along with tags still intact; especially on clothing. If wanting a refund, store credit will be issued on the basis of a Sierra Adventure Outfitters gift card.


Layaway

Can't quite splurge on that fun kayak or shiny new bike all at once? Then we have a plan for you! To aid you, our customers, in finding enjoyment in the outdoors we have implimented layaway opportunites to better accomodate your needs.

• $100/15% holds for 30 days
• 1/2 of cost down holds for 60 days
